We were one of the first Dublin based companies to obtain the SITRI accreditation allowing us to carry out acoustic sound insulation testing on both commercial and residential units to the new building regulation part E requirements.
From the 1st of July 2015, the Technical Guidance Document “Part E” indicates that all newly commenced domestic structures will require a minimum sample of sound and impact tests to be carried out.
The regulations apply to developments with party walls and separating floors.
