Project Description
Evolved Energy Solutions were contracted to provide on-site testing services on this development of 15 high end low energy houses in Killiney, Co. Dublin. All units achieved a minimum A3 Building Energy Rating with many achieving an A2 Building Energy Rating. Each property had a certified air tightness test provided to ensure quality of workmanship was maintained, all houses achieved a result below the best standard of 3m³/(h.m²)@50Pa.
