Project Description
Evolved Energy Solutions were contracted to provide a full suite of services on this development of 44 houses in Enfiled Co Meath. All units achieved a minimum A3 Building Energy Rating with many achieving an A2 Building Energy Rating. At design stage, we provided provisional Building Energy Ratings to enable the client to sell the property off plans if required. Each property had a certified air tightness test provided to ensure quality of workmanship was maintained, all houses achieved a result below the best standard of 3m³/(h.m²)@50Pa. On completion of each house we provided the final Building Energy Ratings required for the sale of each house. In the early completion stages of the project Acoustic Sound Insulation tests were provided also.
