This early 1900’s dwelling located in Co. Dublin, measuring over 500m2 floor area, spanning over 3 stories, required a final BER certificate for a sale. This complex building was difficult to measure and calculate regarding its layout, with 3 different extensions over a range of time periods demonstrating the requirement of both a highly experienced and competent BER assessor.
