Project Description
This impressive one off self-build located in Lusk, Co. Dublin required both a final BER Certificate and Certified Air Tightness Test report from Evolved Energy Solution.
This dwelling was designed to function with a high level of energy efficiency with a high efficiency air to water heat pump installed along with a mechanically ventilated heat recovery unit.
The fabric design of this dwelling, along with a high quality of install regarding air tightness products ensured a low rate of heat loss throughout the building allowing the mechanical services to operate to their highest capability.
